AI agency in Melbourne

We're a small studio in Melbourne. Most people who call us already suspect AI could help them somewhere. They just don't know where, or who to trust with it. That's usually the first conversation.

What does an AI agency in Melbourne do?

An AI and automation agency finds the part of your business that's quietly costing time or losing work, and builds the thing that fixes it. For us it's usually one of three. A website that actually brings in enquiries. An agent that takes on the repetitive jobs nobody enjoys: triage, quoting, chasing the quote that's gone quiet. Or an automation that joins up the tools you're already paying for, so nothing falls between them.

We don't think "should we use AI" is a useful question. The one worth asking is where this particular business is losing hours, and then whether AI is honestly the right tool for it. Often enough it isn't, and we'd rather say so than take the work.

AiD Design (ALL IN DETAIL PTY LTD) is an AI and automation agency that has been working out of Melbourne, Victoria since 2023. We work with businesses across Australia, and with US businesses through our partnership with MyLocalEverything.

What we build

The six things people ask us for

We don't hand over strategy documents. What you get is software that runs, a site that's live, or an agent quietly doing its job on a Tuesday afternoon with nobody watching it.

Web design

If your site looks fine and never rings the phone

  • Designed around your customers, built with AI in the loop
  • A clear path from landing on the page to talking to you
  • Fast, accessible, and readable by search and answer engines

AEO & SEO

If people are asking ChatGPT and you're not in the answer

  • Found on Google, and cited by ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity
  • Structured data and answer-shaped content, done properly
  • The local signals that decide whether you show up in "near me"

Automations

If someone on your team retypes the same thing into three systems

We connect the tools you already pay for and take out the handoffs where things get dropped. Almost always on what you've got, rather than moving you onto some new platform.

Custom agents

If the job needs judgement, not just a rule

  • Trained on how your business actually runs, not a generic template
  • Triage, quoting, research, follow-ups
  • Scoped to one real job with an outcome you can measure
  • Drafts first, always. You approve before anything leaves the building

Custom built programs

If nothing off the shelf quite fits how you work

  • Shaped around your process instead of the other way round
  • Built when bending something else would cost you more

Consulting & training

If you'd rather your own people ran it

  • We find the wins and set the stack up
  • Then we teach your team to run it themselves
  • The aim is that you stop needing us

Selected work

Some of what we've shipped

Fronditha Care is an aged care provider across town from us. IELTS was 28 websites in 28 countries. The job turns out to be the same either way: work out what people are actually trying to do, then get out of their way.

IELTS

EdTech · global platform

  • 28 regional websites folded into one global platform
  • 1M+ app downloads in the first months
  • Engagement up 28% across web and app

Dept. of Industry, Science and Resources

Australian Government

The department's digital presence had sprawled into websites, sub-brands and portfolio agencies. We helped build one design system that holds more than 18 government entities together without flattening what makes each of them distinct.

Fronditha Care

Aged care · Melbourne

A redesign for a Melbourne aged care provider, in English and Greek. Families looking into aged care are usually having a hard week. The whole brief was: make the thing easy to find, and don't make anyone feel stupid on the way.

How we work

What happens if you email us

No form that goes nowhere. A person reads it, and the first conversation is short. We're mostly listening.

First, one call

Bring the annoying bit

You tell us what's slowing the business down. We ask a lot of questions about how the work moves through your week, because that's usually where the answer is hiding.

Then we tell you what we'd do

And what it costs

  • Every job is a different size, so we quote each one instead of publishing packages
  • Sometimes the honest answer is that something off the shelf already does it, and we'll say so rather than build you a worse version of it

Then you see it working

Usually within days

  • You react to a real thing rather than a wireframe, which changes the conversation
  • AI is in our pipeline at every step, which is why it's days and not a quarter
  • When it's done it's yours: the code, the accounts, the access

There's no account manager in the middle of any of this. The person you talk to first is the person who builds it. Tell us what's slowing you down.

Questions

Asked, answered

What does an AI agency in Melbourne actually do?

We find the part of your business that's costing time or losing work, and build the thing that fixes it. Usually that's a website that converts, an agent handling repetitive jobs like triage or quoting, or an automation joining up the tools you already pay for. We're based in Melbourne and work across Australia.

How much does an AI project cost?

Every job is a different size, so we quote each one instead of publishing packages. A single automation is a very different piece of work to an agent trained on how your operations run. Tell us what you need and we'll scope it and give you a number.

How long does it take?

A first working draft usually lands within days rather than months, because AI is in our build pipeline at every step. Polish, integrations and launch depend on how big the thing is.

Do you work with small businesses, or only large ones?

Both. We've delivered for the Department of Industry, Science and Resources and for IELTS, and a good part of our week is small and mid-size Australian businesses who want AI actually doing something rather than sitting in a slide.

Do you only work with Melbourne businesses?

No. We're in Melbourne and work remotely across Australia, and we work with US businesses through our partnership with MyLocalEverything. Being local matters most for the first conversation. After that it rarely comes up.

Will AI replace my team?

Not the way we build it. We put AI on the repetitive work so your people can spend their time on the parts that need a person. If a build would make someone's job worse, we'd rather not do it.

So, what's the annoying bit?

One call. We'll tell you whether we can help, and whether it's worth doing.
