Clienteling & Seasonal Reactivation Engine

Why this matters for apparel and shoes right now

A good salesperson remembers that a customer wears a 39, buys twice a year and has a daughter getting married in spring. Almost none of that ever makes it out of their head and into a system anyone else can use.

That memory is what AI is genuinely good at holding. Not replacing the salesperson, but giving them a list on Tuesday morning of the twelve people who would want to know the new arrivals landed, and why each of them in particular.

AiD Design is an AI and automation agency based in Melbourne. We build these systems for businesses across Australia, and for US businesses through our partnership with MyLocalEverything.

The automations

What we put to work

We rarely build all of these at once. We start with the one costing you the most, prove it, then add the next.

  1. POS customer capture

Turns a transaction into a customer record without anyone typing an email address twice.

  2. Seasonal segmentation (locals vs snowbirds)

Splits the people who are here all year from the ones who arrive in November, so neither gets the wrong message.

  3. VIP appointment scheduling

Lets your best customers book a private hour instead of hoping the shop is quiet.

  4. New-arrival and trunk-show campaigns

Tells the right customers about the right stock, based on what they have actually bought before.

  5. Automated review and referral requests

Asks while the bag is still in their hand, which is when people say yes.

Our process

How a build actually runs

Six stages. You see something working long before the last one.

Discovery

We sit with how the work actually moves through your week. Who touches an enquiry, where it stalls, and what it costs you when it does.

Strategy

We pick the handful of jobs worth automating first, and say plainly which ones are not worth it yet. You get the reasoning, not just the recommendation.

Design

We map what each automation does, what it never does without you, and what the customer on the other end experiences.

Develop

We build it against your real systems and your real data, so you are reviewing the working thing rather than a description of it.

Implement

It goes live in draft-for-approval mode. Nothing reaches a customer until you have seen the shape of what it sends.

Accelerate

Once it has earned trust we widen its remit, tune what is underperforming and add the next job to the queue.

Questions

Asked, answered

We already use Klaviyo. Why do we need this?

Klaviyo sends what you tell it to send. The work is deciding who should hear what, and keeping that decision current as people buy things. That is the part we automate.

What about customers who never gave us an email?

Capture at the point of sale is usually the first thing we fix, because everything else depends on it.
